Beheaded in 1793, Marie Antoinette was a French aristocrat known for her insufferable reign, allowing her people to suffer in poverty and starvation while enjoying her abundant wealth. Taking the throne at only 18 years old, Marie and her husband Louis the XVI controlled the country for 19 years together before contributing to the collapse of the noble monarchy.
